"I booked this ski-in/ski-out 3 bedroom condo on the internet and there was actually a "mistake" on the posted rate charged to me. Despite that rate being well below the market rate for Christmas week on-mountain lodging, both American Hotel and Colorado Resort Services honored the rate. This was an example of outstanding customer service to absorb the substantial financial loss. The condominium itself was fine and comfortable and its location is superb"
